Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using the EagleBuddy iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EagleBuddy. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials (Apple or Google) secure.
• You are responsible for the content you upload, including profile pictures, names, usernames, and golf data.
• You agree not to impersonate others, use offensive usernames, or upload content you do not have rights to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt to disrupt other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the app outside of what is permitted by law.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as your profile picture and golf data). By uploading it, you grant EagleBuddy a limited license to store and display it as needed to operate the service for you.

The EagleBuddy name, logo, and software are the property of their owners. You may not use them without permission.

Service availability

EagleBuddy is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect statistical accuracy. We may change or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@eaglebuddy.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EagleBuddy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
